CVSS v3.1 |
| Simple Machines Forum 2.1 prior to commit b4d23df (fixed in 2.1.8) and 3.0 prior to commit 4bf35cf contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the image proxy that allows authenticated attackers to trigger internal HTTP requests by embedding attacker-controlled URLs in BBCode image tags, which the proxy fetches without validating resolved destination IPs against private address ranges, loopback, or link-local addresses. Attackers can leverage SMF's automatic HMAC signature generation for any embedded image URL to obtain valid signed proxy requests targeting internal services such as cloud instance metadata endpoints, internal web applications, and container network services. |
| Firecrawl before 2.11.586 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Playwright service SSRF proxy that allows attackers to bypass isInternalHost checks via DNS rebinding. Attackers controlling DNS for a scrape target can return a public address during validation and a private address at connect time, retrieving cloud metadata and internal resources through the scrape API. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/imagination: Fix reference and vm_bo handling in remap()
When a map overlaps part of an existing mapping, pvr_vm_gpuva_remap()
splits the mapping into prev/next parts covering what the request did
not take, instead of creating something new. It gets two things wrong.
- A GEM reference is taken for each part but it's never needed and never
dropped, so it leaks one reference per split (remap-next-in-2m in
tests/imagination/pvr_vm_map.c):
CRITICAL: 33558528 bytes of shmem still held after close
- The parts still belong to the original object being split, but
pvr_vm_gpuva_remap() links them to ctx->gpuvm_bo, the new object's
vm_bo:
prev_va --obj--> BO_A BO_B <--obj-- vm_bo (ctx->gpuvm_bo)
\___________link___________/ (mismatch: BO_A != BO_B)
drm_gpuva_link() catches the mismatch:
WARNING: drivers/gpu/drm/drm_gpuvm.c:2108 at drm_gpuva_link+0x2ec/0x310
drm_WARN_ON(obj != vm_bo->obj)
Call trace:
drm_gpuva_link
pvr_vm_gpuva_remap
__drm_gpuvm_sm_map
pvr_vm_map
pvr_ioctl_vm_map
Link them to op->remap.unmap->va->vm_bo instead.
The locking of the GPUVA lists of the other objects touched by a split is
not addressed here; it is handled by switching the GPUVM to immediate
mode. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
bonding: fix the program leak when XDP is replaced
We need to release the reference on the old BPF prog, whether
we are going to no-prog, or replacing the prog with another.
Spotted by AI while running tests for the propagation series
(leaked programs were accumulating). Selftest will come in
the net-next series to avoid conflicts. |
| Botan is a C++ cryptography library. Prior to 3.13.0, Botan's online OCSP client allowed a single HTTP redirect while posting an OCSP request to the URI in a certificate's Authority Information Access extension. A malicious OCSP responder or an on-path attacker could redirect the client to make one blind request to an otherwise unreachable internal HTTP service. The primary impact is blind SSRF that might affect internal services with non-idempotent GET handlers, and response timing can provide a coarse internal-service oracle. This issue is fixed in version 3.13.0. |
| Pass-through of unvalidated KMS URLs to KMS clients in Apache C++ Parquet and PyArrow versions 4.0.0 to 25.0.1.
This affects users who read Parquet files and configure Parquet decryption properties with a KmsClient implementation.
On the reader side, the KMS URL can be application-controlled (specified in the KmsConnectionConfig) or file-controlled.
If the user does not leverage application control for this parameter, a file-controlled KMS URL is forwarded to a pluggable KmsClient implementation.
If the KMS implementation does not perform host validation and makes use of the provided KMS URL, a KMS token can be sent to a malicious host set by an attacker in the file.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 26.0.0, which disables this behavior by default and requires that users opt-in to it by enabling the read_kms_url flag in the DecryptionConfiguration. Users of affected versions are recommended to either specify the KMS URL in the KmsConnectionConfig when reading files, or ensure any KmsClient implementations validate received KMS URLs. Users that opt-in to file-controlled KMS URLs in version 26.0.0 and later must ensure KmsClients validate KMS URLs. |
| Happy DOM is a JavaScript implementation of a web browser without its graphical user interface. Prior to 21.0.2, the Happy DOM server-renderer package's ServerRendererServer accepts unauthenticated HTTP/2 requests and resolves attacker-controlled :path values against server.targetOrigin in #onIncomingRequest in packages/@happy-dom/server-renderer/src/ServerRendererServer.ts without confirming that the resolved origin remains trusted before calling fetch. A protocol-relative path can change the destination to an arbitrary HTTP or HTTPS endpoint reachable by the server, including local and internal services, and the proxy relays the fetched response headers and body to the requester. This issue is fixed in version 21.0.2. |
| MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, the scorer invoke, register, and GenAI evaluate endpoints, including unauthenticated POST /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke, accept serialized third-party scorer data that Scorer.model_validate_json resolves using a module-path allowlist without constraining the selected class or its constructor arguments. When optional trulens and trulens-providers-litellm packages are installed, an attacker can select mlflow.genai.scorers.trulens, choose a model URI outside MLflow's native provider registry so execution uses the LiteLLM fallback, and supply api_base and api_key values that cause the server to send an outbound request to an attacker-chosen or internal host with attacker-controlled headers and body. The vulnerable deserialization occurs before a tracking-store lookup or job submission. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0. |
| Thunderbird did not escape attribute values when serializing outgoing XMPP stanzas. Because values from incoming requests were echoed back in automatic replies, a remote XMPP user could send a crafted request that caused Thunderbird to inject arbitrary stanzas into the user's connection, which the server would then process as if sent by the user. This could be used to send messages or change contact and subscription settings on behalf of the user, without any interaction. This bug only affects Thunderbird's chat feature with XMPP accounts. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 158.0.1 and Thunderbird 153.5.1. |
| The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. From version 24.03 to before version 26.05, the DownloadTaskEndpoint WebSocket endpoint (/tasks/download/monitor.socket) in goobi-viewer-core accepts download requests from unauthenticated users. This issue has been patched in version 26.05. |
| Happy DOM is a JavaScript implementation of a web browser without its graphical user interface. Prior to 21.0.0, Happy DOM loads iframe src URLs and link rel="stylesheet" href URLs by default while parsing untrusted HTML on the server because disableIframePageLoading and disableCSSFileLoading default to false. An attacker who controls parsed HTML can therefore cause server-side requests to arbitrary internal or cloud endpoints without an application opt-in and may expose confidential responses or credentials returned by those endpoints. This issue is fixed in version 21.0.0. |
| A weakness has been identified in D-Link DIR-505 1.10B02. The impacted element is the function main of the file /secmark1524.cgi of the component Web Management CGI. This manipulation of the argument accu/pass/code/hash/cmds causes backdoor. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. |
| A vulnerability was determined in a2ui-project a2ui up to 0.12.0. This issue affects the function Root.renderComponentTree of the file src/0.8/ui/root.js of the component Renderer. Executing a manipulation can lead to dynamically-determined object attributes. The attack may be launched remotely. The pull request to fix this issue awaits acceptance. |
| @pdfme/common from 5.5.10 before 6.2.6 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability that allows attackers to bypass the isUrlSafeToFetch denylist in getB64BasePdf. Attackers can supply basePdf URLs using IPv4-mapped IPv6, [::], NAT64 or localhost alias hostnames to read loopback, internal or cloud metadata responses through generated documents. |
| phpMyFAQ before 4.1.10 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the PDF export feature that fetches external images referenced in FAQ answers. Attackers who can influence FAQ content can embed image URLs pointing to loopback or internal services, causing the server to request them and embed responses in generated PDFs. |
| GNU Wget versions < 1.25.0+4f85853f64 do not validate the IP address provided by an FTP PASV response while operating in FTP passive mode. A malicious FTP server, or an HTTP server that redirects to an FTP URL, can exploit this behavior to redirect Wget’s data connection to an arbitrary IP address and port. This allows an attacker to forge server-side requests (SSRF) from the machine running Wget, potentially accessing localhost services or internal network resources. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
sched_ext: Fix the bypass dispatch claim for schedulers bypassed by an ancestor
scx_bypass() claims bypass dispatch when the scheduler's depth goes from
zero to one and releases it when the depth returns to zero, but propagates
only the depth to the descendants, not the claim. A descendant that starts
bypassing with its ancestor never claims, and one whose own bypass ends
under the ancestor's keeps its claim, as its depth does not return to zero.
A sub-scheduler enable whose bypass ends under a PM suspend thus leaks its
claim: the parent keeps hosting bypass dispatch and the sub-scheduler's next
bypass trips the WARN_ON_ONCE() on the claim. A sub-scheduler disable that
starts under a PM suspend has no claim, so once the resume lifts the root's
bypass its tasks sit on the parent's bypass DSQs with nobody consuming them.
Claim for every descendant whose depth goes from zero to one in the
propagation and release every scheduler in the subtree whose depth returned
to zero once the tasks have moved out of the bypass DSQs. A parent that is
bypassing itself when a descendant claims consumes only its own bypass DSQs,
empty until it leaves bypass and becomes the host. |
| AVideo is a video-sharing Platform. Before the initial remediation attempt in 8.1.0, `url_get_contents` in `objects/functions.php` accepts caller-controlled destinations after only `FILTER_VALIDATE_URL` syntax validation, without rejecting private, loopback, or link-local addresses, and disables TLS peer verification. `Login::isLogged` reauthenticates using the attacker-settable `encoder_aVideoURL` cookie together with arbitrary nonempty `encoder_user` and `encoder_pass` cookies, and `Login::run` stores the raw fetched body in `result`. The unauthenticated `objects/login.json.php` endpoint returns that session object, enabling full-response exfiltration through a supplied `siteURL`; its `Streamer::isURLAllowed` gate allows all sites when the operator allowlist is empty, the default. An unauthenticated remote attacker can read internal HTTP and HTTPS responses, including cloud instance-metadata credentials, and reach internal TCP services. A further pre-authentication FTP variant in `view/youtubeDl.json.php` routes an ftp `videoURL` into `FTPDownloader`; `parseFtpUrl` in `objects/FTPDownloader.php` accepts its host and port for `ftp_connect`. This also enables requests to internal FTP services. Untrusted self-signed HTTPS certificates are accepted, and no account or operator interaction is required. Version 8.1.0 contains an initial remediation attempt that removes raw-response reflection and adds destination checks, but private-network exemptions and login TLS-verification defaults leave complete remediation of the described internal-network and TLS variants unresolved. |
| rotki before 1.44.2 contains a weak key derivation vulnerability that allows attackers to brute-force backups because the premium sync key is a single unsalted SHA-256 of the user password. Attackers who obtain an uploaded backup blob can run GPU-parallel offline password guessing and decrypt the database containing exchange API keys, secrets, wallet addresses and transaction history. |
| A user with query access to an Azure Monitor data source in Grafana can cause server-side requests to an attacker-controlled endpoint that disclose the data source's Azure access token (server-side request forgery). |
