| CVE-2026-106566 | 1 Imagemagick | 1 Imagemagick | 2026-10-22 | 4 Medium |
| ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-32, delegate symlink cleanup does not check the MAGICK_SHRED_PASSES environment variable, allowing a local privileged workflow to overwrite a file with random data. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.2-32. | ||||
| CVE-2026-98124 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-22 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb/client: invalidate fscache for fallocate range operations smb3_zero_range(), smb3_punch_hole(), smb3_insert_range(), and smb3_collapse_range() modify file contents through server-side range operations. These operations discard the affected page cache, but leave the FS-Cache cookie valid, so a later read may return data cached before the range operation. Fix this by invalidating FS-Cache after outstanding I/O has completed and before modifying the file on the server. Run the following as root on a CIFS mount with fsc enabled and an active CacheFiles backend: bash -c ' MNT=/mnt/cifs FILE="$MNT/repro" # Generate four 1 MiB random blocks: [A][B][C][D]. dd if=/dev/urandom of=/tmp/src bs=1M count=4 status=none # Expected contents after zeroing B: [A][zero][C][D]. cp /tmp/src /tmp/expected dd if=/dev/zero of=/tmp/expected bs=1M seek=1 count=1 \ conv=notrunc status=none cp /tmp/src "$FILE" # Populate FS-Cache, then discard the page cache. sync echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches cat "$FILE" > /dev/null sync echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches fallocate --zero-range -o 1M -l 1M "$FILE" if cmp -s /tmp/expected "$FILE"; then echo "readback: OK" else echo "readback: STALE DATA" fi ' Before this change, the readback differs from /tmp/expected: readback: STALE DATA After this change, it matches: readback: OK | ||||
| CVE-2026-98125 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-22 | 5.5 Medium |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb/client: fix stale page cache in insert/collapse range smb3_insert_range() and smb3_collapse_range() use truncate_pagecache_range() to invalidate the affected page cache. However, if off or old_eof is not page-aligned, the boundary pages are only partially zeroed and remain uptodate. As a result, the client may return stale data after a successful insert/collapse range operation. For example, with 4K pages: page 0 page 1 page 2 0------4K 4K------8K 8K------12K ^ ^ off=2K old_eof=10K Page 1 is removed from the page cache, while the boundary pages are only partially zeroed. After COPYCHUNK moves the data on the server, these cached pages may still return stale data. This can be reproduced on a CIFS mount: bash -c ' FILE=/mnt/scratch/repro # Use a 6 KiB file so EOF is not page-aligned. dd if=/dev/urandom of=/tmp/src bs=1K count=6 status=none # Expected: a 4 KiB hole followed by the original data. rm -f /tmp/expected truncate -s 4K /tmp/expected cat /tmp/src >> /tmp/expected cp /tmp/src "$FILE" # Prime the page cache before moving data on the server. cat "$FILE" > /dev/null fallocate --insert-range -o 0 -l 4K "$FILE" if cmp -s /tmp/expected "$FILE"; then echo "readback: OK" else echo "readback: STALE DATA" fi ' Fix this by writing back dirty data and discarding the page cache from the start of the page containing off to EOF before moving data on the server. | ||||

| CVE-2026-114097 | 1 Dulwich Project | 1 Dulwich | 2026-10-22 | 7.8 High |
| Dulwich from 0.23.1 before 1.2.8 contains a path traversal vulnerability in CommitFilter._apply_index_filter() that allows attackers to write files outside the working directory via symlinks persisting between commits. Attackers can craft a repository where an ancestor commit's symlink redirects a descendant commit's file writes during filter_branch, enabling code execution by writing into .git/hooks. | ||||
| CVE-2026-96293 | 1 Watchguard | 1 Watchguard Agent | 2026-10-22 | N/A |

| CVE-2026-113724 | 1 Pypa | 1 Virtualenv | 2026-10-22 | 4.5 Medium |
| virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, the safe_delete() deletion error handler responds to a failed removal by reading mode bits with os.lstat(path) and applying owner-write permission with os.chmod(path, ...), which follows a symlink. A planted link inside a read-only directory can therefore cause a victim-owned target outside the destination that is initially not writable by the invoking user to become broadly writable before the retry fails, provided that user owns the target and can change its mode. Another account can use the widened mode only if it can traverse the target's parent directories; root does not reach the demonstrated failure path, and the operation does not itself read the target. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.9. | ||||

| CVE-2026-113779 | 1 Pfrest | 1 Pfsense-pkg-restapi | 2026-10-22 | 8.8 High |
| The pfSense REST API package is an unofficial, open-source REST and GraphQL API for pfSense CE and pfSense Plus firewalls. A privilege escalation vulnerability in pfSense-pkg-RESTAPI prior to version 2.9.0 allows authenticated accounts holding the dedicated settings sync permission to modify REST API configuration secrets. This enables a non-administrative user to elevate their privileges to a full administrator. pfSense-pkg-RESTAPI 2.9.0 patches the issue. Access to the HA settings sync endpoint now strictly requires full administrative privileges (`page-all`). The sub-administrative sync privilege has been removed in versions v2.9.0 and later. In addition to correcting the access control boundary, version 2.9.0 includes the following hardening measures: opt-in default and format and validation modernization. As a workaround, one may mitigate exposure by taking either or all of the following steps. Revoke Scoped Permissions: Remove the `api-v2-system-restapi-settings-sync-post` privilege from all non-administrative users. Apply ACLs: Configure REST API Access Control Lists (ACLs) and/or firewall rules to restrict access to API endpoints exclusively to trusted administrator and HA peer IP addresses. | ||||
| CVE-2026-15574 | 2 Red Hat, Redhat | 2 Red Hat Openshift Ai (rhoai), Openshift Ai | 2026-10-22 | 7.5 High |
| A flaw was found in the vllm-orchestrator-gateway component. The system's production binary logs all incoming authorization headers and full chat payloads, which may contain personally identifiable information (PII) and secrets, to persistent logs. This sensitive data, including bearer tokens and chat content, can be accessed by any user with logging privileges. This vulnerability leads to information disclosure, potentially allowing an attacker to harvest credentials and sensitive conversation content. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111927 | 1 Coder | 1 Coder | 2026-10-21 | 7.7 High |
| Coder before 2.29.20, 2.33.0 before 2.33.12, 2.34.0 before 2.34.8, and 2.35.0 before 2.35.4 contains an improper hostname validation flaw in GetWorkspaceProxyByHostname whose SIMILAR TO pattern performs a prefix match, so any domain that is a string prefix of a workspace-proxy access URL is trusted as a proxy. Attackers owning such a domain can lure an authenticated victim to a crafted /api/v2/applications/auth-redirect link, capture the redirected application_connect API key, and replay it to access the victim's workspace apps. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112912 | 1 Tox-dev | 1 Filelock | 2026-10-21 | 2.5 Low |
| filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 3.32.6 until 4.2.1, SoftFileLock can follow a swapped symbolic link during the conditional os.access writability check for a node without its owner-write bit, allowing another local user on a platform and directory configuration that follows the link to infer whether a chosen path exists and is writable from the observable acquisition result. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-112914 | 1 Tox-dev | 1 Filelock | 2026-10-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 4.1.0 until 4.2.1, SoftFileLock can restore a stale marker by name after moving it aside, allowing another local user with rename access in a non-sticky lock directory to swap in a symbolic link and, on a runtime that follows the link and a same-filesystem target, make the lock user hard-link one of its files into the lock directory. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114070 | 1 Triggerdotdev | 1 Trigger.dev | 2026-10-21 | 3.5 Low |
| Trigger.dev 4.5.0 before 4.6.0 contains an information disclosure vulnerability in the Dashboard Agent input proxy that stores a delegated user-actor token in browser-readable session input records. Attackers holding a chat's public session token can read the in records endpoint to recover the token from payload.metadata.userActorToken and replay it for environment JWT exchange. | ||||
| CVE-2026-66805 | 2 Microsoft, Redhat | 2 Sharepoint Server, Console | 2026-10-21 | 8.8 High |
| Deserialization of untrusted data in Microsoft Office SharePoint allows an authorized attacker to execute code over a network. | ||||
